 Villa Carmen is a magnificent and luxurious 3-bedroom villa that nestles peacefully on the fringes of the extensive and beautiful Roche pine forest in a rural area known as Roche Viejo, within the municipality of Conil.

This gem of a house is set in enormous grounds of 15,000 mē with lawns and flowering shrubs occupying a relatively small area of the estate while the rest has been left in its natural state.
The house is beautifully furnished with items including antiques from different parts of the world and the partially covered front terrace is ideal for eating, especially as one of the features of the house is the separate thatched B-B-Q area complete with sink and bar and a utility room where the washing machine is located.
On entering the house, built all on one floor, one encounters the exquisitely furnished large open plan living area, which includes the lounge, dining area and American style kitchen.
The lounge area has an open fireplace (perfect for those cooler spring and autumn evenings), a Satellite TV and DVD, as well as two super comfortable sofas while the trophies mounted on the walls give the house a certain feel of a hunting lodge.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, and the dining area is dominated by a fine large mahogany table with seating for eight.
Behind the living area are the 3 bedrooms and the spacious bathroom, all tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
