Situated less than 1 km from the shops, bars and restaurants of the village of El Colorado, within the municipality of Conil, and some 5 mins by car from the nearest beach between Roche and Novo Sancti Petri stand these four brand new 2-bedroom semi-detached houses.

Accommodation

Two of the four houses were only finished in 2006 and each has its own garden and entrance to the communal pool. The living area is all open plan with a very comfortable lounge area with open fireplace, 2 sofas and a TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with American style bar. There are two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and one with 2 twin beds, and one bathroom with shower only. A large communal swimming pool (10m x 5 m) has been added which has been fenced off from the houses for greater child safety. Each house has its own entrance to the pool area.
