Hidden away down a short unmade country track, Casas Alfonso y María offer attractive accommodation in a pleasant private development of four 3-bedroom villas (all with private swimming pool) situated close to Conil and less than 2 kms as the crow flies to the nearest beach and approx 4-5 kms from town. Slightly further down the coast and some 4 km from the house lies the pretty ‘pueblo blanco’ of Conil de la Frontera, where an intriguing network of narrow streets houses a wealth of local restaurants, typical ‘tapas’ bars and all other amenities. Here too, wide beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. Being within easy reach of Conil and, of course the spectacular beaches that line this splendid part of the Costa de la Luz means that the Casas Alfonso y María will provide a most comfortable holiday base.

Description

Of the 4 houses, three are virtually identical, having almost exactly the same design and furnishings and set in their own private garden with swimming pool (6m x 4m). The fourth house is slightly larger than the rest, sleeps 8 (in the third bedroom there are bunk beds sleeping 4), has a different layout and the swimming pool is also slightly larger (7m x 4m), while inside it has an open fireplace – unlike the other three. The villas, which are all on one level, have a pleasant covered front porch with table and seating, ideal for afternoon tea and a read. Inside, they are pleasantly decorated and comfortable, and all boast a B-B-Q area.
