 We are always on the lookout for new properties close to the beach at El Palmar, so we were naturally delighted to discover this cluster of recently built cottages, situated just a 5-minute stroll from the superb sandy beaches of El Palmar and within easy walking distance of the local nature reserve situated at the rear of the beach.
El Palmar hosts a small selection of bars and restaurants, and for a wider choice of eateries and essential shopping the coastal town of Conil is close by (approx. 4-5 kms). |

Each cottage has a light and airy open-plan design, incorporating the lounge, dining area, and kitchen area, with the region’s natural heritage reflected in the use of wood fittings, vaulted beamed ceilings and rustic though modern-designed furnishings.
There is a double bedroom, twin with en-suite shower/wc, and a seperate full bathroom next to the double bedroom.
The call of open-air living is irresistible in this idyllic climate, so each cottage benefits from its own small but inviting pool and terrace with barbecue.
