 This lovely villa is situated in the countryside in area known as El Chinarejo about 1 km from El Colorado and approx. 5-6 kms from the town and beaches of Conil.
El Colorado holds its own spring “Feria” (fair) every year in May and a colourful Romería in January. In El Colorado there are bars, restaurants and shops, although you might find dining out has more ambience in Conil itself. |

The first thing that one notices upon entering the villa is the space and the beautiful wood-beamed ceilings - a typical Conil feature.
The villa has 3 bedrooms - one with double bed, one with 2 twin beds and one single - and one bathroom with shower, wc.
The spacious lounge has a sofa-bed, fireplace and TV, and the kitchen is well equipped with 4 ring electro-ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and grill/toaster.
Ouitside there is a large covered porch, B-B-Q, lawned garden and private swimming pool (5 m x 5 m, uniform depth: 1.60 m) which is fenced off for better child security.
