 Situated in farmland less than 1 km from El Colorado, within the municipality of Conil, and some 5 mins by car from the nearest beach between Roche and Novo Sancti Petri stand these two brand new 2-bedroom houses.
El Colorado holds its own spring “Feria” (fair) every year in May and a colourful Romería in January. In El Colorado there are bars, restaurants and shops, although you might find dining out has more ambience in Conil itself. |

These delightful villas, which we were pleased to introduce in 2004, each have a lawned garden area, and share a communal swimming pool (12m x 6m, shallow end: tba) with Roman steps (the owner lives next door and his children also use the pool). Each villa has a pleasant covered front porch with table and seating, ideal for relaxing or eating "al fresco".
Inside, the villa is tastefully decorated and the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is topped with a lovely high, wood-beamed ceiling. Here there is an open fireplace for those cooler spring and autumn evenings or indeed making the villa ideal for longer winter lets.
The comfortable bedrooms are decorated with smart floor tiles and have large fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen is well-equipped and boasts a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
