Villa Alonso is a pleasant spacious 3 bedroom villa situated in the countryside between Conil and Chiclana (Novo Sancti Petri) only 500 m from the large supermarket at El Colorado and the restaurants and shops of the same locality. El Colorado is situated approx 5-6 ks from the twon of Conil. The villa is situated only 4 kms (connected directly by the country lane outside) from the magnificent golden sandy beach of El Puerco. El Colorado holds its own spring “Feria” (fair) every year in late May/early June and a colourful Romería in January.

Casa Alonso is a very pleasant villa with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and 1 bathroom with shower/wc. It has a spacious, bright lounge area with sofa, fireplace, TV (local channels) and video. The kitchen is well equipped with electro-ceramic cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. Outside there are two terraces: the front covered porch and the rear uncovered terrace and there is a lovely, large, private swimming pool ideal for all the family (9m x 5m, depth 1.10m-2.00m). Behind the pool, at the back of the garden is a covered B-B-Q area, ideal for when the sun is too strong. There is private parking.
