These two recently constructed, 2-bedroom houses with private swimming pool are situated approx. 5/6 kms outside Conil, the same distance from the nearest beaches, less than 500m from El Colorado.
El Colorado, holds its own spring “Feria” (fair) every year at the end of May/beginning of June (please check with us for exact dates). In El Colorado there are bars, restaurants, shops and a decent supermarket, although there is more atmosphere in Conil itself.

.jpg) Cortijo Ventura consists of two houses each with its own private pool. Each house is independent although they are side by side, and are surrounded by a decent sized wall,
Each house has two twin bedrooms, and there is one bathroom with shower, wc.
The lounge area has 2 sofas, a wood-fired stove and TV (local channels), while the kitchen has American bar, 4 ring electro-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave & fridge-freezer. There are also a blender, toaster and iron and ironing-board. The washing machine is situated in a large cupboard oin the dining area.
Outside there is a covered front porch with table and chairs ideal for eating from the built-in B-B-Q nearby.
Each house has its own private pool with Roman steps (7m x 4m, depths 1,80m-1,10m).
There is parking for 2-3 cars in the drive. |
