We are pleased to include this comfortable, quality apartment situated right in the heart of Conil, 100m from the Town Arch (Arco de la villa) which provides entry to the historic centre - scene to most of the nightlife in summer, and close to most amenities such as shops, banks, supermarkets, some bars and restaurants. The taxi rank is close by, as is the Tourist Office. This apartment is ideally situated for those who want to enjoy their holiday without resort to a car, as it is also just a mere 5 minute walk to the beach.

Description

As one walks through the front door of Apartment María Luisa, one is immediately struck by the quality of the fixtures, such as the doors, double-glazed windows and the wooden parquet flooring, and fittings such as the air-conditioning throughout the apartment (hot and cold), and the modern-style fitted kitchen. It is ideal for rental all year. The apartment has been furnished with taste by the owner, María Luisa and has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a seperate full bathroom (bath, sh,wc). While the two bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, the twin has a door onto the ample terrace and the double has the wonderful sea views. On the large terrace, there is a table and chairs and a large parasol, making it ideal for taking breakfast or dinner "al fresco". There is also a small utility room which houses the cleaning materials and washing machine. The modern fitted kitchen boasts 4 ring electro-ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge-freezer. The water heater is electric. The lounge-dining area has sofa, satellite TV with some English but mostly European channels and table with ample seating.
