On the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV and gas water heater. The large living/dining room is nicely furnished with 2 sofas and has a TV (local channels) and DVD player. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony, double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, wc. There is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and another bedroom with a large, comfortable sofa bed and a balcony. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is second full bathroom with bath with overhead shower and wc. There is also a small open air patio with table and 4 chairs.
